Fresh Papel Picado and The Whimsical Woodchuck Women

One morning the Whimsical Woodchuck Women of the Magical Woods and I snuck away from the dreary lair of Queen Cochina Tonga and decided to have arts and crafts time in the Glimmering Glen. The Whimsical Woodchuck Women chucked 101 fresh pieces of bark from the Tallest Trees of Trust. We then dyed the bark with fairies blood and tears that we had stolen from the Queens dungeon while she was sleeping. Fairies blood comes in all colors depending on the season. And their tears come in several colors depending on mood.

We told eachother our favorite Fairies Tales and cut out pictures on the dyed paper and strung every single one from fresh cut vines. We hung them from the trees and danced around to traditional musica de mananitas till the early morning. Aye, what a bonita time!

At sunrise the Woodchuck Sisters told me i may use every piece of Papel Picado for my upcoming Doble Quinceanera, which is happenening Sunday, November 14th @ The Rickshaw Stop in San Francisco. They told me to think of them when i strung them across the entire dance floor. And to request 3 special songs from the mariachi band, Trip Sol de Mexico: Sabor A Mi, Cuccurucucu Paloma, and La Llorona.

Out of from the Dingleberry Bushes 3 of Queen Cochina Tonga's Hairy Henchmen sprung and captured us with their skin sacks. They stripped us of our rags and threw us in the Tainted Dungeon where we were shackeled and bound!

to be continued...
